- The renter is fully responsible for the rental items.
- The rental price is paid in ADVANCE.
- A copy of an official document (ID card, passport, driver's license) is saved as a deposit and stored in the rental system until it is automatically deleted from the system at regular intervals.
- A credit card copy signed in blank or the equivalent value of the rental material in cash is accepted as a deposit.
- In the event of improper handling or alleged damage to the rental equipment, the market value will be charged.
- Rental equipment is NOT insured. Take out theft & breakage insurance.
- Free exchange of rental material at Sport Riml and Sporthütte Fiegl shops is possible at any time.
- Please ensure that the rental items are booked out (scanned) when they are returned. Difference amounts for shorter rental periods will be paid back (only in case of illness or death) . Any additional costs for a longer rental period will be charged.
- In the event of improper return, the theft will automatically be reported to the official authorities after it is overdue.
- By signing the check-in form or by booking online, you confirm the correctness of all information details which are used for the professional fitting of bindings, and you agree to the general rental conditions.
Police Report is necessary for all tenants without exception!
Insurance against theft and breakage must be taken out in advance! Without taking out insurance, the residual value of the rental material will be charged. This price is non-negotiable!
Price insurance: Adult € 4,00 | Youth & Children € 2,00 for all categories per day.
Group bookings (applies to 10 people or more):
- Group bookings (made via online rental) can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the rental.
- If canceled between 14-7 days before the start of the rental, we allow ourselves to retain 20% of the rental price.
- If canceled 7-0 days before the start of the rental, we allow ourselves to retain 50% of the rental price.
- Depending on group size, rental periode, rental material and category a deposit of approx 10% of the total amount will be charged.
Individual bookings for ski rental via online shop (up to 10 people):
- Cancellations of individual bookings via online rental are excluded from cancellation, as the rental material can be booked at short notice up to 48 hours before the start of the rental.
Failure due to weather-related closure or natural disasters:
- If rental is not possible due to weather-related closures of the entire ski area, the total price for the days lost will be refunded.
Loss due to illness/injury:
- A refund of the rental price only applies in the event of illness or injury upon presentation of a doctor's confirmation. (For group and family bookings, only the person directly affected will receive a refund. All fellow travelers are excluded from the refund!)
- Alternatively, the booked reservation remains valid and can be redeemed at a later date.
Payment for rental equipment:
- Payment on site is always made before the start of the rental.
